Our apartment homes were designed with you in mind. All of our apartments feature a brick accent wall, new energy efficient heating and cooling, new carpet, spacious closets, wet entries, ceiling fans and window coverings.
Our ground floor apartments have been rebuilt in their entirety. In addition to the above features, they have pass-through bars from the kitchen, new appliances including washer/dryer in the 2 bedroom floorplans and 36” vanities in the bathrooms.
Most of our second level apartments feature skylights in the kitchen and baths and those that do not have been outfitted with new kitchen cabinets and countertops as well as pass-through bars.
Because we understand that every home should be as unique as its resident, we offer a variety of options that allow you to tailor your home to your specific needs and desires. Just ask for more information on these unique features.
